Burberry hosted an evening launching an exhibition on The Art of the Trench at the Oberoi in Gurgaon. The event took up a whole corridor in the hotel where huge touch screens were erected displaying the series which had been shot by Manou of Wearabout. My dear friends Nikhil D. and Nidhi Jacob were featured along with an eclectic mix of Bollywood faces, bloggers Leslie and Arushi and other personalities. I was impressed with the whole rigmarole that Burberry had gone through, with the giant touch screens, fabricated walls (torn down later), the sofas and vases bearing the ubiquitous Burberry checks and free-flowing champagne! Tsundue managed to get some footage for a short clip. The exhibition is on till 12th February at the Burberry store, Oberoi, Gurgaon.
